Terms of service

A one-time, non-exclusive, perpetual licence for one person. You may use the kits and everything you produce with them in your own work — your classroom, your business, your clients' projects — commercially, without royalties or attribution. Output you generate is yours.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the files themselves, post them publicly, or use them to build a competing prompt product, template pack, or course. Team and site licences are available — email support@aipromptkits.com.

These kits help you get better results from third-party AI tools we neither own nor control. AI output can be wrong, biased, outdated, or fabricated — that is why every kit documents failure modes rather than pretending they do not exist.

You are responsible for reviewing every output before you use it, and for meeting the obligations of your own profession. That includes, without limitation: student privacy and record-keeping rules for educators; fair-housing and advertising rules for real estate; employment, wage, and anti-discrimination law for hiring and HR; and licensing rules in any regulated field. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, tax, or employment advice, and no professional relationship is created by your purchase.

The kits are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular result, time saved, or income.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Krause Digital LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Kits are updated as the AI models change, and updates are free for as long as the kit remains in the catalog. We may revise, retire, or reprice kits; a repricing never affects a purchase you have already made. We may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do; material changes will be noted on this page.
