What we collect and why, in plain language:
- Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your email and what you bought are kept so we can deliver files and honor the guarantee.
- Email signups are stored with our email provider (Kit) so we can send what you asked for. Unsubscribe links are in every email.
- Delivery emails are sent via Resend.
- Analytics — when enabled, we use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and/or the Pinterest Tag to understand what content works. These set cookies.
Who controls this data. Krause Digital LLC, the operator of AI Prompt Kits. Contact support@aipromptkits.com for anything in this policy.
How long we keep it. Purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data per the provider's own retention settings.
Why we are allowed to. To perform the contract when you buy (delivering your files and honouring the guarantee), with your consent for marketing email and non-essential analytics cookies, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
Your rights. Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it — including under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California). We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising without consent. Email support@aipromptkits.com and we will action it; you will never be treated differently for asking.
Children. This site is for adults working in their professions and is not directed to children under 13. Teacher kits are written to use placeholders precisely so no student information is ever entered into an AI tool.
