Refund policy

Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, no explanation needed. Effective August 1, 2026.

If a product doesn't work for you, email support@aipromptkits.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you bought with. That's it — no forms, no justification required.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Krause Digital LLC and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Because these are digital files delivered immediately, you keep whatever you downloaded — we do not ask you to prove deletion. The guarantee exists so buying is low-risk, not so we can audit you.
