Text first, then the other two lengths
Seven of the ten sections start at text length and cap the draft at 320 characters; the rewrite pass takes your number instead. In those seven, the first line you say on a call and the email under 120 words are derived afterwards, from the message you already approved — so the short version is the one that was thought about, not the one that was left over.

The follow-up chains
The first response is a draft. Thirty chain steps take it the rest of the way in the same chat. Most sections run the same three: step one changes nothing and quotes back anything your notes do not support, step two makes the swap, step three gives you the other lengths.
