A reply that settles the thread without folding.
Ten sections, one per message your shop actually sends: the pre-sale question, the late-shipping note, the stalled package, the refund yes and the refund no, the angry conversation, the make-it-right message, both review replies, the one polite review ask, and the library that keeps the drafts you were glad you sent.
- Forty conversations on a November night, and every one answered from scratch at the packing table.
- The draft states a thirty-day return window you never offered, confidently, and a buyer will hold you to it.
- Asked to hold your refund policy, the model folds: full refund, keep the item, plus a discount code you never authorized.
- "We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused" — a call-center paragraph from a shop that is one person at a kitchen table.
- "It will arrive Friday," promised in your name on the post office’s behalf.
- A two-star review sits on your shop page, and every reply you draft argues with it.

01 — What this kit does, and what it will not do
This kit drafts messages and never touches listing copy — when a convo reveals a listing problem, it says so and points you at the listing kits. The review rule is load-bearing: nothing here drafts an ask that pays for, conditions, or filters a review, nothing offers a remedy in exchange for one, and the one polite follow-up rides alone or not at all. The model never sees your shop, your stats, or Etsy’s data; every prompt runs on what you paste, and every claim about your shop stays one you can check in your own stats. AI drafts. You decide. This kit teaches Etsy sellers and is sold only on this site; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc., OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
02 — What is inside
01
The ten messages
The pre-sale question, the late-shipping note, the where’s-my-order reply, the refund yes and the refund no, the angry conversation, the make-it-right message, the positive review reply, the negative review reply, the one polite review ask, and your message library.
02
What you paste, and what stays out
In: the buyer’s message minus her identity, your own policy lines word for word, and one of your best past replies as the voice sample. Out, always: her name, username, address, and order number. The draft says "you" and the thread supplies the rest.
03
The follow-up chains
The first response is a draft. Thirty chain steps take it the rest of the way in the same chat: keep what landed, fix what did not. Every section ends with a check step that reads the whole thread before anything is sent or saved.
04
When it comes back wrong
Thirty named failure modes with the repair prompt for each: the groveling refund, the invented return window, the corporate ghost voice, the promise made on the carrier’s behalf, the identical thank-you pasted under every review.
05
The review page
The positive reply with one real detail from the review, so eight happy buyers get eight different sentences. The negative reply written for the next buyer reading it, not for the reviewer. And the one polite post-delivery ask: never paid for, never conditioned on stars, never sent twice. The kit says why in plain language — the federal rule against paying for or conditioning reviews carries civil penalties to roughly $53,000 per violation.
06
The message library
Section 10 files the drafts you were glad you sent into a reusable season file: every detail that changes between orders becomes a labeled blank, and a calendar plans the messages the season will ask for, written before you need them.
03 — You get
- 01 30 failure modes + repairs
- 02 30 fill-in prompts
- 03 30 follow-up chain steps
- 04 Printable quick reference
- 05 Plain-text companion
- 06 The manual: 95 pages, ten sections, from the pre-sale reply to your message library
- 07 A one-page START HERE map: which file is which, and the read order
Who makes these
I'm Zander Krause. I run three media businesses almost entirely on AI agents — that daily operating work is where these kits come from. What I am not claiming: that AI replaces your judgment, or that any prompt is magic. These are wordings tested until they stopped failing in the ways each manual lists. If a kit is not right for you, email support@aipromptkits.com within 30 days of buying and it is refunded to your original payment method — no form, no explanation, and you keep the files you downloaded. Questions before buying: support@aipromptkits.com — a real person reads it.
